After full payment has been made, we will provide you with a delivery date, for the Installation and commissioning of your new hot tub. This will be installed by our dedicated engineers who will offload and manoeuvre it into its agreed position, fill it with water and connect it into the pre installed 32 amp electrical supply.

The hot tub operation and chemical treatment will be demonstrated by our engineers and then left, ready for use within 12 hours by which time it will be fully heated.

PLEASE NOTE there is some electrical work which you will require to have undertaken by a qualified electrician at the location of the hot tub prior to our installation.

We have created details of the electrical and access requirements which will be necessary for the successful installation of your new hot tub. If necessary, a site survey can be arranged from one of our installation team who can advise on all requirements necessary for installation of your tub.
